Welcome to MJ Salon & Spa Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

2. Services

MJ Salon & Spa offers a wide range of beauty and hair services, including but not limited to haircuts, coloring, styling, hair extensions, and spa treatments. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Appointments

• Booking: Appointments can be booked in person, over the phone, or online through our website or social media platforms.
• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be shortened to ensure other clients are not inconvenienced. Full charges will apply.
• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged the full cost of the missed service.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

• Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue and make any necessary adjustments.
• Products: We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened or used products are non-refundable.

5. Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service and can only be used for services or products at MJ Salon & Spa.
• Promotions: All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

6. Personal Belongings

MJ Salon & Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings while on our premises. We encourage clients to keep their valuables with them at all times.

7. Health and Safety

• Allergies and Sensitivities: It is the client’s responsibility to inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific medical conditions prior to receiving services. MJ Salon & Spa will not be held liable for any adverse reactions to products or treatments.
• Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.

8. Liability

MJ Salon & Spa will not be held responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur while on our premises or as a result of our services. By using our services, you agree to release MJ Salon & Spa from any liability or claims.
